Don’t let the weather and season stops you from being involve in physical activities.

The minute passed outside is tightly correlated to the amount of physical activity. The inclement climatic condition makes us stay inside our own home. This is particularly true for children that engage in out more during summertime and drastically less in winter season. But don’t grab your sports equipment and get out.

While in older children, return to school means the end of vacation and smaller chances to play outside, the season’s impact and temperature is likewise observed among preschool.

Nothing is simpler than heading out and make exercise during stunning summer day.
However are we active really more? Precisely to what the season does influence our physical activity?

in organized physical activities, inside or outside, seems also lower during the winter months than any other periods.

The parent’s favourable beliefs to team sports had the strongest correlation with the participation of their children into team sports and their general level of physical activity. Kids who take pleasure in team sports and individual sports
are less sedentary than any other children. Participation in team sports reduces the time that boys and girls spend in front of television, video games and computer.

In other words, get out and play with your youngsters. Push them into team sports at all seasons and you will reduce the probability of illness and obesity.
